Dec 4 2018 marks China’s fifth Constitution Day as well as the beginning of China’s first Constitution Week. Constitution Week was launched to foster respect, study, observation, safeguarding and application of the Constitution, according to a notice released by Ministry of Justice, the Publicity Department of the Communist Party of China Central Committee and the National Legal Publicity Office on Nov 26.

The notice called for extensive Constitution education for Chinese youth and improved Constitution publicity in the whole of society, in a manner welcomed by the public.
